Ingredients

RECOMMENDED DOSE For adults and children 3 years and older. One (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each tablet provides:

Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate, L-Ascorbic acid)	100 mg
Acerola Powdered Extract (4:1)	11.5 mg
Powdered Rose Hips	4.3 mg
